This form outlines the working relationship between a buyer and real estate agent, including the services provided, the agreed representation period, and how broker compensation is handled. Broker compensation is negotiable and addressed clearly in the agreement.

For first-time showings, this form allows Rachael to open the door and show you a property before signing a buyer representation form. It simply clarifies that, at this stage, she is not yet acting as your buyer’s agent or providing client-level advice.

Listing Agreement for Sellers

This form establishes the relationship between a seller and the listing brokerage, including the property to be marketed, the listing terms, the services provided, and the broker compensation agreed to by the seller.
