My real estate fee includes the tools, strategy, and support you should expect when preparing and marketing your home for sale. Your property will be photographed, presented, and marketed in a way that captures attention and helps qualified buyers understand its value.

Commission Agreement

Depending on the seller’s preference and the needs of the transaction, we may or may not include a buyer agent commission as part of the total real estate commission paid at closing. My role is to help clients make informed decisions and structure the sale in a way that works for their goals.

My upfront investment in marketing assets and professional staging reflects the standard of preparation in my listing process and requires seller cooperation with pricing, timing, access, market strategy, and expectations.

As we list your home, we will review and sign the appropriate documents that clearly outline fees, expectations, and responsibilities.
